How do I pay for access to do the questionnaires?
As with most other web-based products and services, payment is made by credit card using a recognized secure payment system.
- Smithells®NZ accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard.
- Smithells®NZ uses a secure payment system approved by Visa, Mastercard and by Smithells®NZ’s bank, ANZ.
- Payment is made online before doing the questionnaires.

PLEASE NOTE: From your payment date, you have just two months to complete and submit your set of Questionnaires, before your access to them runs out.
