Can I pay and then do the career questionnaires later?

Yes. You can register, login and pay, then within two minutes, receive an email with your receipt attached.

In the email (not the receipt) is your activation key (a long string of letters and numbers), which you will need when you login again.

You can now logout.

At a later time that suits you, login again.

Locate the email with the activation key.

Copy and paste the activation key into the box on the screen labeled 'Activation Key'.

Click on the 'Activate' button, to give you secure access.

Then you go on and complete each of the set of career planning questionnaires.

From your payment date, you have just two months to complete and submit your set of Questionnaires, before your access to them runs out.
