If I lose or delete my summary, what do I do?

• Smithells^®NZ can email you a copy of your summary.
• There is a NZ$12.00 administration fee for this service.
• Click on 'Register & Pay' on the home page of this website, then login.
• Choose one of the two options below.

OPTION 1

If you completed the Full set of Career Planning Questionnaires, order a copy of the Career Information Summary. Then pay the $12.00 administration fee. The copy of your summary will be emailed to you.

OPTION 2

If you completed the Update Questionnaires, order a copy of the Client Update Summary. Then pay the $12.00 administration fee. The copy of your summary will be emailed to you.
