Google mail (Gmail)

1. Add SmithellsNZ to Contacts

• Click " Contacts";
• Click "New Contact" button (in left hand corner) which has a +single person icon;
• Type or cut and paste info@smithellsnz.co.nz into the "Email" box;
• Click "Save" button at top of page.

2. Create a filter

• Click "Create a filter" link next to the (Search the Web) button on your mail page
• OR under "Settings" / "Filters" / "Create a new filter" (at bottom of page);
• Type or cut and paste info@smithellsnz.co.nz into the "From" box;
• Click "Next Step" button;
• Click "Never send it to Spam" box;
• Click "Create Filter" button and you are finished.

3. Message already in Spam

• Go into "Spam" box;
• Tick the box on left of the SmithellsNZ email;
• Click "Not Spam" box at top of window.
