1. Add SmithellsNZ to Contacts

• Click "Contacts";
• Click "New" button (in left hand corner);
• Type or cut and paste info@smithellsnz.co.nz into the "Email" box;
• Click "Save" button at top of page.
  

2. Message already in Junk

• Go into "Junk" box;
• Tick the box on left of the SmithellsNZ email;
• Click "Not Junk" box at top of window;
• OR Click on email to open it and Click "Mark as Safe".
